 Sitting here weeping in regret
Thinking about the things I can’t forget

If only I could of seen the signs
If only I could turn back hands of time

Just taking it day by day
Feeling the pain in every place that I stay

I know I’m the only one to blame
It's not the same for everyone feeling the pain

I told you that I would be there for you
And in the end I was helpless to help you

Ringing in my ears calling me
While you laid there slowly dying

Why didn’t I see the signs?
Why didn’t I come when I heard your sighs?

Pretending that in time you would get better
Now I’m lost without you by my side

Calling me to come and save you
So hard to see you slowly wasting away
