Laughter In The Rain


 Holding hands in the sun
Your laughter in the rain
Your smile in the moonlight

Honey I want a chance to make it right

If only I could take back what I said
You're always on my mind

I need you now

More than ever
You have always been the one
That kept me from falling on my face

I understand it now

My dreams are filled with what was us
Happier times when we always smiled
Why can’t we have them back?

I can see you now

Holding hands in the sun

Your smile in the moonlight

Another day waiting by the phone
I have to wonder if you're alone
I can’t stand this anymore

I need you now

These days have just flown on by
There’s not a night I do not cry
After the loss of you by my side

I’m left questioning why

When we shared the dream
We lost what it means
To hold each other’s heart

Until the day we die
