Waiting For Us To Re-Begin

So many sounds and so many words
too much to do and all about nothing
this world running wild, running wild

It all keeps going on in a spin
turning round, it's turning round
nobody knows when it will stop

And this thing that you call love
given to me fully free from your heart
i plan on holding close to me for eternity

I'm never letting go
it just gets more powerful
even if you happen to leave
before me

I still be holding on
wondering when we'll meet again
waiting for us to re-begin again
for the next stage

You used to say the darnest things to me
you used to dream of things that couldn't be
then the next morn you would try to explain them
some how they all got to be way too far in depth
for just a simple man to try and fathom

So off you went to find a place to be heard
honey i hope you listen to lessons to be learned
but you never came back, never found your way
